Artistsnetwork accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
An item is missing from my shipment, what do I do?
Delivery is guaranteed for in-stock items. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, please contact them via chat (click on the Help button in the lower right corner) or submit a Request with their Customer Service Department. Let them know what the problem is and they will take care of it. They will do their best to respond to you within 1-2 business days of your request. Please remember to provide your order number so they can serve you more quickly. You have 30 days to report a damaged or missing item, so please contact them as soon as you notice their error.
What if I purchased the same item twice?
If you have mistakenly created a duplicate purchase, please contact their Customer Support team via chat (click on the Help button in the lower right corner) or email (support@peakmediaproperties.zendesk.com).
How to cancel membership’s automatic renewals?
Go to https://www.artistsnetwork.com/my-account/. Log in with your email/username and password. You will be brought to your account dashboard, if not, hover over ‘Your Name’ in the upper right, and in the dropdown select My Account. In the left-hand menu select MY Subscriptions. On the right side click Cancel. You will see confirmation your subscription was cancelled. If you change your mind you can always reactivate anytime before your ‘End Date’.
What is your refund and return policy?
For digital products like eBooks, digital magazines, streaming videos, etc.: Due to the digital nature of downloadable and streaming products, these items are not generally eligible for a refund. If you have a defective file or duplicated order, please contact their customer service.
For magazine single print issue purchases: Their customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to report a damaged or missing item in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. Contact their customer service department HERE, if you need to assist with your order.
