If the original product is no longer available, they will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with BowlersMart.com. Drilling charges are not reimbursable. If your ball was drilled by BowlersMart.com using their professional drilling services your new ball will be drilled free of charge as part of their warranty replacement. Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business for approval.

I have received the damaged item. What do I do?

If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps. *It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise and contact them within 24 hours of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
