You can return a newly bought scanner within 14 days as of the delivery date. All returns sent later won't be refunded. If you believe that your scanner has a malfunction, please contact their support team for further instructions and choose "Connection" as a type of issue.
The scanner can be refunded only if it has been purchased separately from the app license. As part of a "Bundle"-purchase (app license + scanner for free) scanner cannot be refunded.
If you purchased the app license directly on our website, please send them the invoice and write "App Cancel Automatic Renewal" at the latest 24 hours before the renewal date. They will cancel the automatic renewal for you.
Yes, you have a lifetime warranty. They will send you a replacement if your scanner doesn't work properly anymore. In case, you experience any problems with the scanner, please contact their Tech Support.
