How long do I have to take the practice exams that I have purchased?
There is no time limit. The practice exams your purchase do not expire.
Why are your practice exams online?
In order to keep their prices as low as possible, and to protect themselves from copyright abuse, all of their exams are accessed and completed online. As long as you have access to the internet, you can access your exams from anywhere in the world.
How many times can I take each exam?
Each exam can be taken up to four times. Once you complete all of your practice exams, you can reset them three times free of charge. Just click on the Blue rest button.
However, after finishing a practice exam, you will have unlimited access to that exam's review page.
What happens if I have to stop in the middle of a practice exam?
If you have to stop while taking a practice exam, you can continue where you left off. The time remaining will also be preserved. From the ‘MY TESTS AND ACCOUNT’ section, just click on the name of the test you were taking.
However, they strongly encourage you to complete the exam in one sitting. This will give you the most accurate reflection of your required exam skills and will better prepare you for the real exam.
What is the cancellation policy?
Users can cancel an order prior to being granted online access to purchased test(s). Once online access is granted to purchased test(s), the user may not cancel the order.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be given after the user has been granted online access to purchased test(s), including unused purchased test(s). If a user inadvertently orders a test more than once, the user will be charged only once for the test, any additional charges for the same test will be refunded.
