What is Modibodi shipping?
Modibodi use DHL Shipping and if they are in stock of all your goods, estimated delivery time is around 5-12 business days (includes packing and postage). Modibodi offers FREE USA shipping on orders over $75USD (₱3624.75) from their US site only. If you are eligible for free shipping it will be automatically applied at Checkout.
What is Modibodi's returns policy?
You may return all other unworn garments in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Modibodi are unable to accept returns on the following products:
No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected and they are also unable to lodge requests on the customers behalf should delays occur. If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate you parcel via Australia Post, Modibodi ask you to contact customer service on info@modibodi.com.
They will email you as soon as your order is placed and processed, and then again when your item has been shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please also check your spam folder as the email might have been forwarded there. Alternatively, you can contact their Customer Experience team at info@modibodi.com so they can investigate further and get you the information you need.
Before proceeding to the checkout, you will see a summary page. This will show you your items and the total of your order. There is a little box below the ‘proceed to checkout button’ labeled ‘Coupon’. Type your coupon code here to apply it to your order. Please note that multiple discount codes cannot be applied and discount codes can only be used once per customer.
