When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 12 pm EST will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12 pm EST will ship the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
If you have an account with Rebecca Minkoff, log in to your account. Go to βMy Ordersβ and click βView Order.β Then click βTrack Your Orderβ and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link. If you donβt have an account with them or have not received an order confirmation email please contact customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
How can I change my order?
They are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. If you refuse delivery of an order youβve placed, itβll be returned to their warehouse and youβll receive a refund for the merchandise plus tax. FYI: Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. At this time, they do not accept exchanges. Items indicated as βFinal Saleβ at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return, exchange or merchandise credit.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Rebecca Minkoff is sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify them immediately. They will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com, be sure to include your order number. They will contact you with the next steps.
