Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, they do ship Internationally. However, their international delivery times completely depend on your location but they advise orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
How long does delivery take ?
Delivery time will depend on the type of shipping option you choose at checkout. All times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, during busy periods these may be ever so slightly longer, especially during Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales - but please email them email@example.com for more information.
What is the return policy?
For hygienic reasons products cannot be returned unless they are unworn with the tags still intact and returned in the same condition they were shipped out.
Item not quite right? Inside each order, you will find simple returns form enclosed making the process hassle-free. Make sure you return your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Do you lose your returns form? Please email them firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by their team.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser, please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed on receipt of the return and note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to show back in your account. What to do if I receive a faulty item?
In the case that an item is faulty, they will be able to cover the return shipping cost, but please note they are unable to cover any shipping costs paid at the time the original order was placed. Email a photo of the postage receipt for reimbursement to email@example.com
