Can I choose my delivery day?
No, they don’t offer a nominated day delivery service at present. For all orders on the Next Day (Express) service, you are aware of the expected delivery day as being the next working day.
Is a signature needed?
Not always, a signature may be required for delivery on their next day service, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
What to d if I receive a damaged product?
Occasionally things can go wrong and parcels get damaged by their lovely couriers. Please report the damage to their customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. They will request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorization must then be provided by them to return the damaged goods before they can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.
Any orders returned to them because they were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must contact them at [email protected] before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorization code they will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from their warehouse a 20% handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any orders refused on delivery will be charged a handling fee of 20%. If you appoint them to collect your return order and you are not in, there will be a charge of £15.00.

with your request to return an item. They will provide you with a returns form which must be completed and returned. Once their team reviews the returns request, subject to acceptance they will provide you with a returns authorization number. Items cannot be accepted unless they have provided you with their returns address and a returns authorization number. Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your original invoice. It makes their warehouse team very happy. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that they will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you.
