Acer accepts payment through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Where does Acer ship?
Acer ships within the country.
When will I receive my order?
Acer shows its delivery time when you go through the checkout process.
Can I change my delivery address for an order?
Please note that once you place an order you won’t be able to change the delivery address for that particular order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to their fulfilment agency and their system can no longer retrieve or change them. In case you have made a mistake with entering your address and the shipment is undeliverable, the package/packages will be returned to their warehouse and they will credit your account.
Please note that you can maintain more than one recipient and delivery address in the Address Book section in My Account.
How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your physical product order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note cancellation requests submitted during the weekend, or after business hours (8 AM - 6 PM CST) may not be processed before the product ships. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-910-2237 to submit a request to cancel your order.
If your order cannot be canceled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also view the shipping status of your order if you have created an account on this site by logging in to My Account and clicking on “My Orders” on the left side of the page.
Orders contain both physical product(s) and the software will be processed separately as all software sales are final. For complete terms of sale, click here.
When will I get refunded for a product which I sent back?
In case there are no issues with the product which you sent back, they will refund you within 7 - 10 business days after receiving the product.
What is your refund policy?
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. This 14-day period begins on the day the item in question has been delivered to you or to a third party you have indicated. In case you would like to return multiple items from the same order and these were delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day of the last delivered item.
In the case of digital products, such as Warranty Extensions, the period starts immediately after the order confirmation.
Please note the following:
*The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
*Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.
*Refunds/credits will not be issued until Acer has received your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and processed it accordingly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once they receive your return.
*Please be advised that obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return or Exchange time period.
*They will not be able to refund you in case they don’t receive the item in question and you are unable to provide evidence for sending it back.
