If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, first make sure you have spelt your email address correctly, and then check your spam filter. Additionally, you should add
[email protected] to your trusted/safe sender’s list to prevent any of our future emails from getting caught up in your spam filter. If the verification email is not in your inbox or your spam filter within 20 minutes, please contact them.
How can I ensure I complete these activities correctly?
For optimum success, please make sure to watch each one separately and in its entirety before moving on to the next one. Please also make sure you don’t have multiple windows or tabs open with multiple videos playing at the same time. Doing so may cause the activity to end before finishing and credit will not be applied to your account.
What if a survey encountered a technical error?

If your survey encounters an error, rest assured that their team will be investigating the issue with a focus on getting their members back up and running as soon as possible.
How do I see the status of my order?
The status of your order is presented to you via the “Order Status” page within your Swagbucks account. Here they will list the status of each order and when you may expect to receive them within your “My Gift Cards” section. Each status may be clicked on to show you where each Reward is in the process of delivery. If you collapse the order, you will see the following details and a link to where the Reward is now that it has been delivered. Please note, the “shipped date” is the date it was delivered to the “My Gift Cards” section of your account.
What is your return policy on gift cards?
Once a gift card is purchased from their store you become the owner of the gift card code. At that point, they are unable to refund the SB back to you. Please be sure to read all the terms on the gift card before you purchase.
Why isn’t my order showing in my account?
Normally, it takes between 30 minutes and 5 business days for your order from the date of purchase to show up in your account as “Pending”, however, it can take up to 32 days depending on the type of purchase for points to appear as “Pending”. If it does not show up after the first initial 32 days and the store’s Special Terms do not state any time-based exceptions, please contact their Customer Service via your Activity Ledger.
