What is the payment method?
Levis accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paymaya. and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel by the third delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi’s® Returns Department. They will process your refund within 30 business days after receiving your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Click on the ‘cancel your order’ link on the ‘Thanks for your order’ page with your order number, select ‘Yes, continue’ to verify that you want to cancel the order, then select the cancellation reason(s), click on ‘Cancel Order’ and then you will see the order cancelled message and receive a cancellation email.

What if my items are out of stock online?
If something you love is out of stock, you can easily locate it at a store near you. Select your size and colour in the item you’re interested in purchasing, then click “Find in Store”— or use their Store Locator tool to give your nearest Levi’s® store a call.
What is the return policy?
You can, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store Levis, return any product(s). Any return application not submitted within 30 days of receiving the product(s) will no longer be eligible for return.
