Where’s my order?
The tracking information should be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your despatch email with the tracking information for your order, please email help@adanola.com and a member of their Customer Care team will happily look into this for you!
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel/amend your order please email help@adanola.com ASAP and their Customer Care team will do their best to action this before your order is dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched you are more than welcome to refuse the delivery and your order will be returned to Adanola. Alternatively, you can return your order to Adanola via Returns Center - Adanola and your refund will be actioned within 2 working days of them receiving your order back at their warehouse.

Adanola is so sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty/damaged item. They pride themselves on providing high-quality products that are designed to last so they’d be delighted to get this sorted for you ASAP! If you could please send over images detailing the fault, along with your order number to help@adanola.com and Adanola would be happy to sort this out for you! Please note, that they only accept faulty returns within 60 days of purchase however please feel free to get in touch and they will try their best to come to a suitable resolution.
