What is your international duties and taxes policy?
You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. You can try to contact the courier in charge of the shipment to organize a possible delivery date. You will find the courier Tracking Number inside the Shipping Confirmation email.
How can I return the item?
You can return any item purchased on Armani Online Store within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
* Fill out the Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
* Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise they will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
* Fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
* Use the Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.
What is your refund policy?
Armani usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at their warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, they will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
