Boozy offers you a return policy that lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of their control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.
If products are eligible for a return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank’s turnaround time.
