Fairmont Hotels & Resorts accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and JCB.
What if I want to change my reservation?
Please check availability at your chosen hotel and then change your booking:
* Through Fairmont Hotels & Resorts website: you will need to cancel your original reservation before making a new one.
* Through the hotel directly: you can find contact details on the hotel’s description page.
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation number when I completed my reservation?
There are four ways of finding out your reservation confirmation number :
* Check your inbox to see if you received an email confirmation of your reservation. The reservation number contains eight letters
* Go to your profile by clicking Log in to send the email again.
* Contact your hotel directly in order to check your reservation with them and obtain your confirmation number. You can find contact details on the hotel’s description page.
* You can also contact the Reservation Office
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
* Check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly.
* Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account.
* Check that the password you entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (otherwise click on «Forgotten your password?»).
* Make sure that the Accor mobile application or website is not undergoing maintenance: Check «Your support space» at the top of the page to see whether there is a message regarding downtime.
How can I cancel my reservation?
If you have an account, log in to view your reservation in the « My bookings » section.
If you do not have an account, refer to the view or cancel your reservation section.
