My tracking says delivered but I have not received my order. Where is it?
Sometimes they have found that maybe a neighbour or roommate could have picked up the package for you. If you can double-check it would be greatly appreciated.
They have also experienced frequent situations where USPS accidentally updating tracking as delivered before they should and the packages show up a day or two later. If the delivery is still within the 3-7 day delivery window time, it may still show up. Feel free to contact them if you haven’t received your package after the delivery window has passed and will definitely take care of you.
I sent my order to the wrong address! What do I do?
If you just placed your order and realized that you sent it to the wrong address, don’t panic. Call them at (510) 763-1088 right away between 8 am - 4 pm eastern time and they will be able to get that changed for you right away. After 4 pm, you can go ahead and leave them a voicemail and they will get to them as soon as they can. This method is always the best as they don’t get to emails right away especially after a weekend.
If you find out the order has been shipped to the wrong address already, follow the same instructions and one of their humans will figure something out for you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you ever need to return any product that is unopened, they are happy to provide you with a return label for an equal exchange for a different flavour of your choosing. They don’t offer a money-back guarantee on their product but they are always happy to work with you on a solution so feel free to reach out to them at service@getgrinds.com and one of their helpful human beings will be there to assist.
