Contact them at support@peepultree.in to schedule a reverse pick-up within 48 hours of delivery of the product, and they will initiate your exchange request. Please ensure that the product is unused and unworn and that the original tags are intact. Upon receipt of the product at their warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection, and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. In case the required size is not in stock, they will provide you with a refund (after deducting the applicable shipping charges). International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
