The new Wide Pro provides better image quality, with more details and improved color reproduction. This new version presents almost no distortion (0.5% against 1% for the previous version). Like its predecessor, it has a focal length of 18mm and it can capture 2 times more image than the lens of your smartphone.

The new Wide Pro also ensures better compatibility with the newest smartphones, whose sensors are getting bigger and bigger. By optimizing the optical construction of their lenses, they are now able to erase the vignetting sometimes present on the edges of the image, while improving the overall quality.

Pixter lenses are compatible with all smartphone models. The Pixter Universal Clip allows you to fix the lens on your smartphone’s camera, both front-facing and behind.  For smartphones with a dual-lens, you simply have to place the Pixter lens on the lens furthest to the left when the camera is facing you (the upper lens when they are placed vertically, the middle one for P20 Pro).

In accordance with the Code of Consumption, you have the legal right to cancel and return your Pixter products within 14 days of receipt. It is also possible to ask for a return in case of an incident on one of their products when covered by its warranty. If a problem occurs with your order and if you want to return all or part of the products received, here is the process to follow:

*Send them an email to hello@pixter.fr specifying your name, order number, and the reason why you want to return your products.

*Returns from mainland France:

If the return of your parcel is necessary, they will send you a form that will allow you to download and print a prepaid return label.

Returns from another country:

*The return has to be taken in charge by the client, Pixter does not take responsibility. The return modalities will be communicated by email.

In order to be returned, the product has to be in perfect condition, in its original packaging as well as all of the accessories included.

*Pack the products that you want to return carefully and stick the return label clearly on your package. Now you just need to mail it. The number of your parcel is the proof of your shipment. It allows you to track your parcel on their partner website Colback: Colback - Track your return you’ll be notified of the parcel’s reception by email.

*After reception of the returned items, they control the product conformity. If the return conditions are not respected, they will not proceed with the refund or exchange, depending on the agreed solution with customer support.

*The refund is issued the same way as the payment method, within 30 days depending on your return shipment.

*For a claim concerning a purchase from one of their suppliers, please refer directly to their customer support.

Once the carrier takes charge of your parcel, your shipment tracking number will be communicated by e-mail. Please check your spam or junk folder in your mailbox if you have received nothing within one business day of placing your order. If you choose Mondial Relay for your delivery, you have 14 days to withdraw your parcel as soon as it is available for pick-up at your nearest service point. After this time period, the parcel will be returned to us automatically.
