Where do you ship your products from?
Orders placed in the United States, Canada, and South America will be shipped from their warehouse in Carson, California. All orders placed in Europe will be shipped from their warehouse in Denmark. All orders going to Asia and Oceania will be shipped from Hong Kong.
How do I track my order?
As soon as SteelSeries ship your order from their warehouse they will send you an email with your tracking number. If you placed your order with your SteelSeries account then your order status can be viewed on your order dashboard.
If you lost your email and/or did not create a SteelSeries.com account, you can create the free account here with the same email you used during your order. Your order history will populate automatically and provide the tracking number.
What if my order tracking says it was delivered but it’s not here?
In many instances, the shipping company will mark the package delivered early. Please allow 1-2 business days for the package to arrive after it’s been marked as delivered. Additionally, please check with your neighbours for deliveries as it may have been left with them. If you still do not have the package after 2 business days of being marked as delivered, please contact SteelSeries.
What is the refund policy?
In case you’re not satisfied with a product purchased from SteelSeries.com SteelSeries offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee, valid from the date of purchase. The refund includes the total on your receipt only and does not include the cost of shipping the order back.
